To assist Service Users’, their families, o their representatives in making that choice we will ensure that service users’ know what we offer by the following means:

• We provide detailed information of our services with a Statement of Purpose
  and a Service Users' guide.
  
  
• We provide a statement of terms and conditions.
  
  
• We ensure that prospective service users’ needs are assessed and that they and we, are confident that their needs can be met within our services.
  
  
• We offer introductory visits appropriate to the individuals concerned, including
  relatives, carers and any other agents.
  
  
• We will agree bespoke transitions to ensure that all service users have a programme constructed to meet their individual needs
  

Trial Placement:
Should the accommodation facilities and services offered be suitable to the clients needs, the necessary discussion of terms and conditions will take place before proceeding further. This would normally involve the referring authorities and relatives. The service user may or may not be involved but his/her representative will be given all necessary facts and documentation.
